About Speaker Buzz
We believe that in today’s challenging world, organisations and their people need more support than ever to develop and maintain morale, clarity of purpose, resilience and productivity.
Our handpicked speakers talk passionately and inspirationally about today’s most relevant topics – from workplace wellbeing and leadership for remote teams and mental health in our always-on digital culture, to urgent challenges around diversity, inclusion, social impact and the environment.
We also believe that bringing about change takes time.
While a one-off motivational talk is hugely effective, we work closely with our clients to create bespoke support programmes that address long-term challenges and objectives to deliver lasting change.

“I hosted a talk and follow up Q&A session with Nathan at Kings School Canterbury, as part of an initiative to share information and provide inspiration to people considering a career in medicine.
Throughout the hour, Nathan brought a wide range of experiences to life through a series of well-chosen anecdotes and compelling stories, beautifully bringing together a number of threads to provide a vivid picture of life as an expedition medic. Nathan excelled in finding the right balance between story-telling and sharing personal reflections and observations about how his experiences have shaped his outlook.”
“As part of our goal to keep our people connected whilst remote working during this time, we called on Mollie Hughes to share her insight on her adventure to the South Pole, how she dealt with isolation and the steps she took to maintain good mental health during her expedition.
With over 120 staff listening via Microsoft Teams, her experience was something that we could all relate to with the imposed isolation during these Covid times. Her talk was insightful, uplifting and gave us practical tips on how to look after our minds. This is the second time we’ve heard from Mollie and there’s no doubt we’d love to hear from her again.”
"Mollie delivered an inspiring talk to a group of employers from our network. Even over zoom you could see how captivated her audience was by the amazing stories of Mollie’s adventures. The manner in which Mollie delivered her presentation allowed us to all be caught up in the magnitude of her achievements and her story but still effectively delivered on the themes of resilience and positive thinking we had asked Mollie to focus on. She is an inspirational woman and we have been approached by many attendees after the event to say that they left the session feeling uplifted and motivated from Mollie’s presentation."
“Somi is a great speaker - engaging, energetic, insightful and fun! During her webinar for the ASMALLWORLD Community on "The Influencer Culture and Modern Workforce", Somi combined practical advice with humor, and our members responded with 5-star ratings across the board”.
“Mel was absolutely engaging and he has left a lasting impression.”
