Rosamund Dean spent 20 years working in the offices of women’s magazines including Marie Claire, Red, Stylist, ELLE and Grazia, where she is still contributing editor. But it wasn’t until a breast cancer diagnosis aged 40 that she realised her true purpose was in helping others live in a way that is happier, healthier and more hopeful.
She trained as an integrative nutrition health coach, and uses storytelling to share powerful insights about mindset and resilience, specifically tailored to each audience. Her talks focus on topics including:
– Banishing imposter syndrome
– Beating procrastination
– Fostering a growth mindset
– Adaptability and embracing change
– Instilling small-but-life-changing positive habits
– Clarifying your vision to get what you want out of life
She is the author of Mindful Drinking: How Cutting Down Can Change Your Life, a practical guide for those who want to drink less alcohol. And Reconstruction: How to Rebuild Your Body, Mind and Life After a Breast Cancer Diagnosis, a handbook for getting through treatment for primary breast cancer, and living your best cancer-free life for many years afterwards.
She writes regularly for Grazia, Vogue, Women’s Health, the Times and the Telegraph, and has hosted events for Omega, Sky and UBS. Her weekly newsletter, Well Well Well, is all about how to live better for longer, in a way that is relatable, doable and fun.
